Why set up a market account?
- Receive rewards points with every purchase that can be redeemed for free items as you accrue points
- Pay with cash
- Market kiosks cannot dispense change – balances are kept on your market account
- Take advantage of sales & promotions
- Pre-load your account for the quickest checkout
- Log into our app using your market account
Steps:
Click “New Account”
Enter:
First Name
Last Name
E-mail address (work or personal)
Quick PIN ID (4-digit number for faster login)
Password (5 characters or more)
For quickest checkout
- Scan item barcode(s)
- Scan fingerprint
- That’s it! Kiosk will you let you know if you need to add funds to your account for the current transaction
Card/Payment App (using market account)
- Login using fingerprint or by touching “Log In” button
- Scan item barcode(s)
- Select “Pay with Card”
- Tap or insert card/phone at reader
- Done!
Card Tap & Go (not using market account)
- Scan item barcode(s)
- Select “Pay with Card”
- Tap or insert card/phone at reader
- Done!
Cash
- Login using fingerprint or by touching “Log In” button
- Touch “Add Funds”
- Touch “Cash Deposit”
- Insert Cash
- Scan item barcode(s)
- Select “Pay with Account”
- Confirm Purchase
- Done!
How to Add Funds to Your Market Account
- Login using fingerprint or by touching “Log In” button
- Touch “Add Funds”
- Touch “Cash Deposit” or “Credit Deposit”
- If cash, when prompted insert bills
- If Card/ePayment, select desired amount
- Funds are available immediately for purchases.
How to Earn & Redeem Rewards Points
Earn rewards points with every purchase
Accumulated points total is displayed once logged in (under account balance)
When you have enough points for an item, a button will display during checkout: “Purchase with Points”
To redeem your points, click the button
Complete checkout
Items have different point values
To check the redemption value of an item:
Login, then touch “Browse Items”
Search for the item by name or scroll to it
Item redemption value is displayed under each item, along with your current points total
Items highlighted in green are available for redemption based on your current points total
Step-by-Step
- Log in to your account at the kiosk
- Go to Account Settings
- Select “Add Fingerprint”
- Follow the on-screen prompts to scan your finger
- Once saved, you can use your fingerprint to log in instantly
Tip: You can add more than one fingerprint if needed
Link a keytag to your account for fast and easy access at the kiosk
Step-by-Step
- Log in to your account at the kiosk
- Go to Account Settings
- Select “Add Keytag”
- Scan the provided keytag when prompted
- Your keytag is now linked and ready to use
